Within the scope of TUBITAK BUTAL 2018 training activities; "Practical Training on Metal Analysis Techniques in Foods" for Research Assistants and Graduate Students of Uludağ University and Bursa Technical University Food Engineering Department was held at BUTAL Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratory.

- Metal sample preparation techniques in food samples,

- Quantitative determination by AAS, ICP-OES and ICP-MS techniques,

The practical training, which included the topics of the training, ended with the awarding of a "Certificate of Participation" to the participants by BUTAL.
