TÜBİTAK BUTAL has included the test and analysis reports prepared in its laboratories in the e-signature process as the first target within the scope of the Digital Laboratory Transformation Studies it is carrying out with the aim of improving its processes, increasing its efficiency and providing faster service to its customers, and the digitally generated reports are sent electronically according to customer preferences.
Another objective of the project is to diversify the channels of communication with customers and to establish more effective communication with them. The plan is to implement an interface through which customers can apply on-line and monitor the current status of their applications.
