Within the scope of TÜBİTAK BUTAL 2019 planned training activities; "Applied Training on Sugar Components with HPLC-RID System" was held on April 4, 2019 in order to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for HPLC technique to the expert staff of Gemlik Military Veterinary School and Bursa Technical University and Uludağ University Food Engineering Research Assistants.
After theoretical and practical information on the introduction to the HPLC system, sample preparation for the determination of sugar components and the calibration of sugar components in the device, the training was completed with general evaluations and ended with the issuance of a "Certificate of Participation" to the participants.
