Who We Are

TÜBİTAK Bursa Test and Analysis Laboratory (BUTAL) was established as an "R&D Facility Unit" operating within the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) in order to contribute to the development of science and technology in our country.

As TÜBİTAK BUTAL, we operate as an "R&D Facility Unit" focused on increasing and sustaining the scientific and technological competitiveness of our country. Our basic quality policy is to be among the leading laboratories with international competence in the field of testing, analysis and inspection

Inspection Services

The Inspection Services Unit is a Type A Inspection Body accredited with TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 Accreditation. It provides evaluation services for materials, products, factories, processes, and business procedures on behalf of customers, using modern analysis techniques and equipment in compliance with national and international standards. The unit assesses the compliance of quantity, suitability for use, quality, and safety parameters with regulations, standards, and specifications.

Important: Technical trip applications are only valid on Mondays between 13:30-17:00. The number of participating students is limited to 15 people. Our schools can apply for High School 11th and 12th grade students and University students.

This form is valid only for Materials - Textile, Chemistry - Environment, Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratories of TÜBİTAK BUTAL Directorate located in BURSA. It is not valid for Ankara, Gebze and other TUBITAK units.
