Product certification services are not provided. However, testing/analysis and inspection services are provided to product certification bodies.
You can review our accreditation scope by visiting our Test/Analysis Services and Inspection Services pages.
You can bring your sample to our Customer Service Unit individually. In addition, if you apply by e-mail to butal@tubitak.gov.tr or butal.mhb@tubitak.gov.tr, you will be provided with feedback about the process procedure.
The sample can be sent by hand or by cargo in the quantity and packaging specified in our Industrial Service Catalogue, and information about the sample (sample name, code, date of receipt, etc.) should be on it. Care should be taken to ensure that it is packaged in a way that does not harm human health and the environment.
The service fee is received in advance with the test / analysis or inspection request. Payment can be made by cash / credit card to TÜBİTAK BUTAL cashier or
T.C. Ziraat Bank Altıparmak Branch, Bursa- IBAN: TR580001000750097332595001 account.
You can participate in the test/analysis process as a spectator according to the approval and availability of our BUTAL Directorate.
You can contact our Inspection Services Unit at butal.muayene@tubitak.gov.tr for the preparation of Technical Specifications.
- In the Material-Textile Laboratory, samples are kept for a period of six (6) months.
- In the Chemistry-Environment Laboratory, water/wastewater samples are kept until the preparation of the report, and other samples not mentioned here are kept for a period of six (6) months.
- In the Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratory, samples of meat, milk and dairy products, as well as fruit and vegetable samples, are kept until the preparation of the test report, and other samples not mentioned here are kept for a period of six (6) months.
- Samples for Inspection Services are kept for a period of six (6) months.
At the end of the storage period, the samples are disposed of according to established procedures.
In line with your preference at the time of application, they can be sent by e-mail or courier, or hand-delivered.
TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Public Certification Centre provides services in the fields such as Electronic Approval (E-signature), Financial Seal Certificate, Corporate Encryption and Electronic Seal Certificate, Qualified Electronic Certificate (QEC) etc.
