Our Team

Ali DOĞAN successfully completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Management and Organization at Istanbul Technical University, Department of Business Administration.

Between 2006-2012, he worked as a project manager and program manager in the Strategy Development Department of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality; during this period, he played an active role in the institutional development projects of the institution such as strategic planning, performance management, project management, process analysis and design, internal control, quality management. Between 2012-2020, he served as the General Manager of Yeryüzü Doktorları Association and contributed to the design and implementation of basic processes on institutionalization and resource development in civil society.
