TÜBİTAK BUTAL successfully completed the TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System and TS ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate Renewal Audits conducted by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE) and it was decided to continue the certificates.
These Management Systems have been renewed according to 2015 versions, and continuous improvement and customer orientation are aimed in the processes.
