Within the scope of the second six-month planned training activities of TÜBİTAK BUTAL 2023, "Fabric Performance Tests Practical Training-3", which is the third of the trainings with different contents, the first of which was held on April 26, 2023 and the second of which was held on November 08, 2023, aimed at providing information to the participants about the introduction of test methods in textile and reinforcing them with applications for the technical personnel working in the Textile Sector and laboratories. On November 29, 2023, it was held at TÜBİTAK BUTAL.

Fabric Performance Tests Practical Training-3 :

- Fabric Tensile Strength (TS EN ISO 13934-1)

- Fabric Tear Strength (TS EN ISO 13937-2)

- Explosion Resistance, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Method (TS EN ISO 13938-1 and TS EN ISO 13938-2)

In the training, theoretical and practical information was given on the definition and usage areas of standard methods, ambient conditions, introduction of devices, sample preparation, conducting experiments, calculation and evaluation of test results, and issues to be considered in reporting.

The training, which was completed with general evaluations, ended with the issuance of "Certificate of Participation" to the participants.
