"Applied Training on Total Sugar Analysis in Animal Feed (Luff Schoorl Method)" was held on March 31, 2022 at TÜBİTAK BUTAL Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratory in order to support the practices of those working in the laboratory environment in feed factories for the determination of total sugar analysis in animal feed.
After giving theoretical and practical information on the issues to be considered in the Luff Schrool method for the determination of total sugar components, the training was completed with general evaluations and ended with the issuance of "Certificate of Participation" to the participants.
