Since the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization will commission the Central Laboratory Information System (MELBES) as of February 16, 2019, measurement and analysis applications for permission, monitoring, confirmation and license purposes within the scope of environmental legislation will be made through the Ministry's MELBES system after this date. In addition, the distribution of the works that have not yet started belonging to the contracts made before February 16, 2019 will also be made through MELBES.
