Our Quality Policy
As TÜBİTAK BUTAL, we operate as an "R&D Facility Unit" focused on increasing and sustaining the scientific and technological competitiveness of our country. Our basic quality policy is to be among the leading laboratories with international competence in the field of testing, analysis and inspection.
We adopt the principle of providing our services in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartial, accurate, fast and reliable. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of our business. In this context, our aim is to perform all tests and analyzes with high precision and accuracy, to meet the demands on time and to continuously improve the performance of the organization. In this way, we aim to achieve % 100 customer satisfaction.
Teamwork and mutually beneficial relationships are the values we believe in to create a corporate structure that is efficient, flexible and in line with customer requirements. We adopt business and resource management with a customer and process-oriented perspective and aim to achieve self-sufficiency and unconditional customer satisfaction by gaining customer trust.
By maintaining our commitment to research and development, we enhance our technological capabilities and make our quality objectives clear and practicable in all our units. This is the fundamental basis of our customer-oriented service approach, which has helped us achieve a prominent position in the international arena.
Our Customer Satisfaction Policy
Our basic principle is to ensure accurate and timely information flow between our customers and our employees in order to make customer satisfaction permanent. We ensure that all our employees are customer-oriented. We constantly measure and evaluate whether customer conditions are met and customer expectations and announce them to all our employees. We record and follow up every appreciation, suggestion, complaint and objection application and focus on continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction.
Our Environmental Policy
We comply with national and international environmental legislation and continuously improve environmental risks. We use energy efficiently, control the amount of waste and support recycling. We increase the environmental sensitivity of our employees and minimize potential accidents that may harm the environment.

2022
We have once again demonstrated our competence in the field of trade with the Type B International Surveillance Company Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
We underlined our competence in the field of analysis and measurement with the Environmental Measurement and Analysis Competence Certificate issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.

- We demonstrated our commitment to environmental sustainability with the Zero Waste Management System Certificate (Basic Level) issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
- With the EFQM Model 2019 Bursa Excellence Achievement Award, we have once again demonstrated the outstanding success of our organization.
- We have once again proved our expertise in the field of trade with the Type A International Surveillance Company Certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade.

- We have formalized our expertise in the field of international surveillance with the Type B International Surveillance Company Certificate issued by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
2017
- We have once again confirmed our commitment to the environment with the Environmental Measurement and Analysis Competence Certificate issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
2015
- We have documented the importance we attach to quality with the Quality Management System Certificate (TS EN ISO 9001) issued by TSE.
