Within the scope of TÜBİTAK BUTAL 2023 planned training activities; The second of the "HPLC Device Practical Training", the first of which was held on May 04, 2023 and aimed to provide information to the participants by introducing the HPLC system, gaining knowledge and skills on method creation in the device, was held on 06 October 2023 by Dr. Güler ÇELİK and Tuğçe YAZICI DEDE in the HPLC device environments of our TÜBİTAK BUTAL Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratory.

After providing theoretical and practical information on introduction to HPLC system, caffeine analysis, sample preparation, standard preparation, calibration curve generation, calculation and evaluation of results, the training was completed with general evaluations and ended with the issuance of "Certificate of Participation" to the participants.
