Within the scope of TÜBİTAK BUTAL planned training activities; trainings on "Validation in Laboratory Applications" and "Measurement Uncertainty in Laboratory Applications" were held on October 21-22, 2019 for private sector participants.

On the first day "Validation Training in Laboratory Applications"; theoretical and practical information on the purpose of method validation, method validation parameters,

On the second day, theoretical and practical information was given on general definitions, statistical distribution types used in uncertainty calculations, measurement uncertainty calculations and reporting in the "Measurement Uncertainty Training in Laboratory Applications".

The Training Activities ended with the presentation of "Certificate of Participation" to the participants by Sedat AKTAŞ, Director of TÜBİTAK BUTAL.
