Inulin Analysis has been started to be performed in TUBITAK BUTAL Food and Agricultural Chemistry Laboratory. Prebiotic analyzes, which have recently entered our lives more frequently, are gaining importance. Inulin is used as fat substitute, prebiotic, texture in foods in the food industry. Inulin also has positive effects on health. Inulin is found in the roots and tubers of these plants as a replacement polysaccharide for starch alone or in some plants together with starch.
