Within the scope of TÜBİTAK BUTAL planned training activities; "Practical Training on Animal Feed Quality Analysis" was held on November 29, 2018 for experts from the feed industry sector and Food Engineering Research Assistants from Uludağ University and Bursa Technical University in order to enable the participants to perform quality analyzes in feeds and thus gain the skills to prepare the desired feed ration.
After giving theoretical and practical information on protein, starch, crude cellulose (fiber) analysis in animal feed, the training was completed with general evaluations and ended with the presentation of "Certificate of Participation" to the participants by Sedat AKTAŞ, Director of TÜBİTAK BUTAL.
